No delivery of item for more than 3 months after order

We made order for our sofa bed, dining table and side table since Aug 2018 and now it is 6 December i and for past 4 months we have been calling EZbuy Malaysia customer service and given dozens of tracking number. We were given many excuse that the goods are with the logistics company and we even call the logistics company and yet they still say items sent back to EZbuy. It is 4 months as till now they still say cannot give me firm delivery date and still checking and expecting us to wait and never once reverted on a confirmed delivery. They claimed there was attempted delivery but no evidence of it when I asked for one. We need to seek for refund if this is not solved and total spent was more than RM6,000.00. This service is unacceptable. Very disappointed.
