No delivery just lies for 10 days straight

ordered a part from Nevada to be delivered to Idaho. Called this company every day for 10 days and got nothing but lies. Last call said they delivered night before at 730 PM and signed by the store owner. The store owner was home at that time as I and my wife were there having dinner. They lie continuously about delivery status, package is in there warehouse being held and it goes on and on.
