ADCB was running a promotion called "Etihad bonus miles bonanza" which ADCB platinum credit card holders can obtain 22, 000 Etihad miles after spending AED22, 000 between 20 Oct 2019 and 15 December 2019. I have successfully enrolled this promo (even received the confirmation SMS from ADCB), they never credited 22, 000 miles into my Etihad guest account. I made multiple calls and sent many emails to both ADCB and Etihad, but they kept telling me they were investigating and never credited the promised miles. I was deceived.
