I had light brown hair. Wanted to go slightly darker so I used nice and easy 4G dark golden brown. The picture on the front and on the colour chart show a lovely medium brown However my hair has come out pitch black It's awful. I am almost 68 years old so I look like an old witch. I am so upset.
