News about my misfire

Here i ve got more informations on a major failure caused by Colis Prive and the difficulty to have a person in charge by phone with Lookfantastic which finally agreed to send me back my lost products. I'm still expecting a refund for those i did not receive. The only contact is by email which is a bit difficult as they re working with a miserable delivery company : Colis Privé Let s see the next stape!
