New website terrible

I've been a customer for 30 years. Their online banking has always been great...until now. They took a giant step backward in their online bill pay. You have to go to different screens to get ebills and to see your payment history. Visually it's unappealing and difficult to navigate. Since my main need for a bank is online bill pay, I'm looking to switch companies. After 30 years.
