New phone totally dead

Purchased a new phone to replace the piece of crap sent by Sprint or whoever. Trying to change, Assurance doesn't recognize the MEID of the new phone, which is a Samsung Galaxy A10e. Found it on the list of phones recognized by Assurance and purchased it at Best Buy just this morning. I switched the info over from the phone I was using to the new one, some UMX piece of crap, and I can't even turn on the phone to get the specifics. That phone is now totally DEAD. The old one LG Tribute Dynasty is on, but I'm not connected on that one anymore. Bottom line: I HAVE NO PHONE SERVICE!!!! PLEASE HELP!!! User's recommendation: Keep Valium handy.
