I received a photo of my package in my mailbox on June 7th. The package looks like they played football with it and then ran it over. I never got it. First of all, it is illegal to leave a package other than U.S. mail, in a mailbox. DHL agreed with me and apologized. Big deal! I'm out well over $200, and they won't take any responsibility for their failure. User's recommendation: Don't use DHL for any reason. Their refund policy does not exist and they refuse responsibility for their failures.
