Purchased a hot tub cover in Sep 2020 for over $400. Had not received it as of mid November 2020. I finally received a call from a local delivery company, but they had the wrong address for delivery. Evidently Cover Guy uses a "manufacturer" or "carrier" (as they told me) and they were the ones that messed up the address. The delivery company tried to get the manufacturer to correct the address, but they refused. Since the delivery company could not deliver, they returned it. I have since informed my credit card company which issued me a temporary credit while they investigate. The company is unresponsive, unavailable, uncooperative and most of all, unreliable. Buyer beware! User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
