I cannot log on to my sons account

They werent any help at all. I was told to contact my sons school for help they didnt have the reset info that I needed. User’s recommendation: Better customer service.

Charged me with a late fee

They have no obvious mail to payment address. I inconveniently had to search for it. I mailed the payment two weeks prior to the due date and after the check cleared, they slapped me with a late fee which I refuse to pay.
