I used credits, and cash, to pay for four round trip tickets for my family. I am able to get flight information via the code I was given for the flights going out, but I never received a confirmation for my return flights. I have tried to make contact with Cheaptickets, the vendor they used, and the airline; nobody has been helpful and with Cheaptickets, I can't get a hold of any representative without the itinerary number, which wasn't sent to me. User's recommendation: Go directly through the airline... avoid these intermediary reservation businesses that don't have proper customer service.
