I scheduled a move with this company from New Orleans to Chicago two months in advance. I was told they were on the BBB and spoke with a friendly representative several times to figure out the details of the move. On the day they were scheduled to pick up my belongings, they called the hour of the pickup time and said their truck broke down. A few hours later they said their driver was in the hospital. Two big problems in one day, so they could not pick up my things. I told them I had to get on a plane later that day to move myself to Chicago so I needed it as soon as possible. The mover proceeded to yell and curse at me. He said he would no long complete the job (which I'm sure he never had any intent to complete in the first place). The following day I spoke with someone in the office who said they would take care of the move and make sure it happened. That day they called me at the last minute (again) and stated they would not do the move at all. This company is horrible. I never receieved my downpayment back. It is the most unprofessional company I have ever spoken with.
