We agreed, however, that the delivery would take place on the evening of the next working day after the holiday. When that happy day came, I called the store again to agree on the delivery time. In the tone of reproach, I was able to hear the surprise that we have opened the wrapped bed (how else would we discover that it is not our order?) And that we also want assembly after such a service. Of course, no one gives any message at the agreed time. The company itself does not answer phone calls... Two hours laterwhen I have already understood at which corner office I have purchased the product, I hear a call that I am present. In general, I can say that I am VERY dissatisfied with their service and I will NEVER repeat orders from this Chinese cellar. In terms of product quality, the bed itself is very good (although it is made by another Australian manufacturer, which supplies these beds to many companies, so I recommend choose the same bed in another store), but the "orthopedic" mattress that OR Furniture attributed to its product is simply terrible - as hard as the floor and the materialswhich would ignite at the first match.
