I dropped my van off to get the tire patched and some how they broke my hood *** to open my hood and claimed it wasn't them but yet when I dropped it off it wasn't broken there should have been no reason they needed to be under my hpod to begin with but yet they killed my battery and when my husband went to pick my van up it wouldn't start and went to open the hood a d found the handle on my driverside floor board and my hood half open but yet they claim they never touched it and I will be teaching out to their corporate head quarters because they will be paying to fix it Oh and the kicker they said my tire wasn't patchable but yet I took to another tire place that said why would they not fix your tire there is plenty of meat (tread) on your tires they just didn't wanna do it because they were about to close when I called about my van at 6:35pm because they told me they closed at 7pm but yet wen I spoke to the girl on the phone she said he was working on it and would call me right back a d wen they didn't I had to call back at 6:50pm and all of a sudden they couldnt fix my tire
