No theres no problem with the Jupiter x at all . I was just calling to and see what was up with getting the $300 rebate I sent it ground mail the day after I received it and I would like to know what the status is? Im Just needing to know when your company will be reimbursing the $300? Tracking number 1Z1A0F880366****33 Envelope mailed on June 16, 2021 through the UPS store in Palm Coast Florida.
