After many attempts to get the right person on the other end of the phone, Finally i was excited to talk with someone who can help me find a doctor, I am in a lot of pain. The first 4 times I went through the whole computer thing to get me to the right person, they literally hung-up the phone on me and I was sooo pissed off! Finally I called Arkansas support and this nice lady helped me. But what a waste of time! #VPO PISSED OFF VPO User's recommendation: Do not call customer support, instead call for a new plan, they will answer the phone.
