Nasty room and no refund

I made reservations on May 21 for May 22 3 oclock check-in May 23 11 oclock check out. When I came on May 22 at 3oclock to check in I was told I had to wait 45 minutes because the room has not been clean yet. I return back 45 minutes later I was given the key card. When I went into the room I was checking to make sure the room was clean I pull back the sheets and noticed stains on the sheets and pillowcases. I am mediately left out the room to report this to the front desk I was told since I touch something I could not get a refund. After being in the room for five minutes !!!! ( Covid) angry customer User's recommendation: Not a clean environment.
