Hello. My husband, newborn and I checked into the hotel west in Omaha Nebraska. When we arrived in the hall smelt like marijuana. The room smells like mildew and cigarette smoke. There is stands all over. Some flowers seed shells on the floor of the bathroom. No garbage can no toilet paper and no shower curtain. The place looks absolutely disgusting. Also there is a broken window sitting against the wall in our room We use Wyndham reward points for this stay and we are absolutely disappointed in this hotel. Being a long time customer I am very disappointed and would hope someone would get back to me on this. Thank you User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
