I did my nails (toes and finger nails) at Sobert nail bar, waterfall mall, Rustenburg on Friday, August 13th. I noted the acrylic applied was very thin while gel was very thick. I didn't complain then as I thought it's their way of doing things and won't cause issues later. On the toes, the gel coat was so thin and uneven. August 14th, I noted one nail got chipped with no applied force. The chips became more apparent across most nails. It became apparent that the gel applied is just too thick, and get pressed or chipped easily. I paid R865 in total, and I have to redo my nails. Please advise on how to remedy this situation.
