My phone died, less than 1 year old, was guaranteed for a year.

Been with Assurance Lifeline for a couple years. Recently, my phone died, tho it is less than 1 year old and is supposedly guaranteed for a year. Both customer service numbers are utterly useless and have hung up on me repeatedly for several days with NO HELP. and no human connection at all. Like most, I REALLY NEED a PHONE and would appreciate one that works, as soon as possible. I will need to find another company really soon. Would Assurance like to help me get a replacement phone as promised?? I would really appreciate any help you could give! My phone is [protected] and you might want to do something about those customer service numbers.
