My order has been incomplete and damaged since first delivery back in October 2020

I placed an order on October 4,2020 The furniture came in 11/7 damaged none of the reclining seats were working. Had to wait until December for the next delivery which means I went through a holiday with nonworking furniture. they re-delivered I believe December again 12/16 recliners not working. At this point in time we chose another set as it wouldve been March for first step to be exchanged again. When this set arrived still non-working recliners. Third exchange, finally have all four recliners working yet the delivery people rubbed off a quarter size corner of the Leather sofa. Delivery I was supposedly User's recommendation: This store does not do what it supposed to do or what they say they will do customer service is a -10 the manager has promised the moon and delivered nothing even close all credits that said we’re going to be applied have not and now even after receiving automatic payments they say there was a late charge and charged me $29.
