My order failed in the shipping process

Hello shoe dazzle, im very concerned with the fact that I ordered a pair of boots not too long ago and when I went to check where they were it told me that it was being returned to sender and there was a failure in the shipping process. I am trying to figure out what is going on but its very difficult. My shipping number is 1LSCY72000C2AHO and my name is Kaylie Crumbley. If somebody could please help me figure out whats going on with my order that would be great. -Thank you
