My order didn’t was there

Hello Vova, Im emailing you guys because I did not get my package that I ordered in May and I paid for shipping to come more faster and I saw it would come in like 15-35 days so I waited but its already past 35 days. I tracked my package but then it stopped in the 10 June and it said it was delivered. I dont know what happened but I didnt receive any package for the past 2 months. Could I get an explanation or a refund because I paid for this. I would like it next time for you guys to ring my bell. You can call me by phone number or email me with this email. Thank you
