My number has been linked to other name and email address

I booked a prime sedan and when i got in the cab it said welcome Harpreet kaur. When i checked my account there was a name harpreet kaur and email brightmediasolutions@***.com which was not mine and neither i have ever entered that mail id but my phone number was correct. I need to know the reason why that name and email id was linked to my number even when i have never used that email id and never verifies that.
