My Hottub lost all power

Just lost all power to the whole unit so someone from inter told me it the tall bass control board so will see ehay happens hopefully it gets here soon I use the Hottub for my disease MS when I dont go in the Hottub it just kills me thx you so much ps do u guys have something that can lower my wheelchair in the Hottub please I need one thx you User's recommendation: Awaome product.
