The holes for the hitch where the pin goes through arent lined up and have been cut in different places. On top of that I payed for the package deal and they didnt provide me with the balls, pin or anything I needed. I took It to another Uhaul because I was in Maryland only for one day &;;; drove over 8 hours to get this customized in time for my road trip but it ended up disappointing me and had to pay for a complete different hitch for the mean time because Im in a rush to get to my destination. When I booked this appointment I expected To have it all attached and ready to go. User's recommendation: Triple check, even if they are pros.
