Terrible horrible service. Lies. I specifically told two salespeople that I needed the chair to do life saving kidney dialysis. They were rude and unsympathetic in the store when I purchased the chair. They were uncompromising about the delivery date. We waited two weeks because they didnt have the electric connection to the chair. Delivery was scheduled for April 22 between 4 and 6. Shortly before 4 they called and said they were running a little late, but would be here by 6pM. It is now past 8:30 and they have not delivered the chair, nor have they had the simple decency to call me. I suspect it was the salesperson who intentionally delayed the delivery. I will deal with that tomorrow. I have previously purchased approximately $12000 to $ 15000 of furniture from Havertys. That is history.
