My account with them was put on restriction and they won’t tell me why.

I used Turo once. Had a great review from the owner of the car. No problems. I went to use them again and was told my account is on restricted. I called many times and not one customer service would not tell what the issue was. After4 months of calling and sending email I receive A nasty email back stating that my account is restricted and will stay that way and they dont need to tell me why? Who does business like this?? They listed 4 or things that it could be and not one is anything that applied to me User's recommendation: Don’t use them I’m not first person that had this problem.
