The room has not being clean in FOUR days, I requested cleaning more than 3 times. I confirmed twice with the staff our room would be cleaned however it never was. We had to go to the lobby to get toilet paper, soap and towels. User’s recommendation: Do not stay here.

There really is nothing worse in this world than having a front desk receptionist threaten to call the police on you just because she got clocked in her terrible approach to hospitality. The only thing warm about that welcome was the way I felt like I was burning from the inside-out. User’s recommendation: Stay literally anywhere else.
About the manager's job!
Hello! I am very unpleasantly surprised by how manager Vitolds Peipins works! I bought an apartment. As it should be, I contacted the manager to conclude a management contract. Vitolds Peipins kindly promised that there will be a contract next week. Half a year has passed! I remind myself from time to time and I get a promise,... there will be, next week there will be : ) I receive invoices, still, written in the name of the previous owner. I am self-employed and use this apartment for my business. If the bills were written in my name, I could put the utility bills as expenses. Now nothing. It then causes me harm. Why do I have to suffer losses because of his inaction? And for how long? The order in the house is not the best either - the stairwell is regularly dirty, everything around the house is littered.
