Mixed up appointment and disrespect of my time

I booked appointment for 16h00 with a specific nail technician. I waited all day as I was told that the technician would be available only at that time. When I arrived at the store I was told there was a mix up with the booking and the technician was busy with another client. I was asked to wait until 17h00 for when the technician would be done. This was a serious inconvenience since I had planned my day according to the availability of 16h00. Such negligence is unacceptable. Especially because my request was specific and clear at the time of booking.
