I purchased two wheelchair casters by Frog Legs from Sportaid for $112. I used the casters for two weeks and was not able to adjust to the wheels. I've contacted Sportaid three times for my options: return, refund, store credit, throw in parts pile, to no avail. As an aside, the casters were shipped from Frog Legs so I have contacted them also. Unfortunately, they offered to have "designer" contact me. Of course, that never happened. What's the process? You buy an item from an online description, try them, and if you are not satisfied you are out the cost? and worse, no one will communicate with me either at the manufacturer or the seller.
