My f/loader washing machine gasket fell off the seal. After many attempts by completing their forms, sending messages with no response from Miele. I contacted the retailer and was told this is often a common problem. Not a major job and easily fixed. But the part has to come from Germany and will not arrive until July. This means 3 weeks without a washing machine. I have again tried to contact Miele through the message service and phoning the number I was given to phone to see if the part maybe available in another State. But no response. There is no service after you've paid your money. User's recommendation: The machine is expensive yet fails to service customers.
