On July 12, I placed an order for 3 items and only got one. I have made multiple phone calls and talked to several agents from customer service. I still have yet to receive the rest of my order. My complaint has been passed from agent to agent, supervisor to supervisor. I have a Case # that by now must be as big as an encyclopedia. My last phone call was on 9/21 and the agent told me that I will hear from them in 24 hours. Is 9/23 and nothing from them. I am tired of been feed the same lines all the time. Will never buy anything else from them. I guess that my next move will have to be contacting their president or upper management, maybe they will able to bring a solution to my problem. All I want is the stuff that I paid for.
