Even patients start leaving unit because of this factor. If you can look at previous complaints its all about meals. Now recently we are receiving 100ml of juice and we used to fet 200ml.Without any consultation its been charged. That juice its not even enough to eat this 2 slices and furnish. But we're aware that because of being black in renal care, your complaints will never be considered and this management think we are just threatening to leave this unit, but we will never go ahead. Its our last resort if this can't be resolved.
