Hi, thanks for helping me on this. I have a Model DGT001WBU yogurt maker that didn't cook the mixture last night and it ended up being about as soupy as when I put it in the cooker. I cooked it for 10hrs. + 30 minutes, but it was still the same consistency. There was also a slightly sour taste to it which I'd not experienced before with this same recipe. Do you have any ideas what the problem might be? Garrett Sampson
