I bought a refurbished mobile home told I had 150 days for them to come out and warranty anything that I found wrong countertops have a burn mark in it peeling away from the formica, drywall falling above the guest bathroom, kitchen cupboards peeling Larry the owner comes out take’s measurements and never gets back with me...
