Ordered a made to measure Jacket and pant for motorbike. Paid via Papal. Jacket arrived with pants. Provided exact measurements, but around neck Jacket had 40 cm and my neck is 47 cm so I cant´t close the jacket. They said it is their fault but din´t want to change the jacket without cost for me. So I involved Papal. But Papal said we don't decide anything because on made to measure clothes there is nothing, Papal would do. After that, there is no more reaction from leatherjacketmaster.com So don´t buy there. Before I involved papal, they only said, that I can get a discount if I by again. WTF At the attached photos you see sizes I provided and Jacket they delivered.
