Machine broke too soon

I have been ignored by Fisher Wallace after contacting them by chat and phone. The male rep on chat never called me back as he promised and we wrote for at least an hour. I was neveroffered the $99.00 guarantee as an extended warrantee after the first year that I had the machine. Only had the stimulator for 2 years and 8 months instead of the 5 years that should have lasted. The male rep in NY during the day was always cold, indifferent and monotone. Had hesitated to give a bad review but I am at my wits end as I cannot afford to buy an entirely new machine also requested that the old one be fixed and I would pay for it. The worst thing to do is avoid me rather than merely reject any requests that I might make. Apparently all that the company cares about is money.
