LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE FIRST CITIZENS BANK

IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY AND MARCH OF THIS YEAR I DID NOT RECEIVE THE MONTHLY INTEREST CHECKS DUE ON THE THIRD DAY OF THE MONTH. I CALLED EACH MONTH AND FINALLY THE BANK HAD SENT THE CHECKS OUT WITHOUT MY CORRECT ADDRESS. THEN IN MARCH AND APRIL THE MONTHLY INTEREST WAS NOT CALCULATED PROPERLY. THE BANK PAYS INTEREST COMPOUNDED DAILY ON CD'S. I HAVE CALLED AT LEAST TEN TIMES EMAILED THE BANK AND STILL NO RESOLUTION TO THE PROBLEMS. FIRST CITIZENS BANK SHOULD CHANGE ITS NAME TO FIRST CITIZENS BANK OF *** User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK.
