I spoke with Zack Spenser on Saturday about the above order. UPS claimed the packaage was left at my door at 10:30 am Friday morning (3/19/2021). However, the package was not there and UPS was giving me the run-a-round about it being lost. Zack Spenser was suppose to have been issuing an order to send a replacement. This is what I am trying to verify. Since talking with Zack, I found the package on Saturday evening on the ground crushed in the area where the USPS mailboxes are locate. I filed a complaint with UPS and I also have a picture showing where it was found and the condtion of the package
