I found such a great deal on Feather Emporium website and was super excited about my order. Feather Order

I purchased $160USD worth of feathers back in June via PayPal. The paypal transaction confused David of Feather Emporium and he didn’t actually get to shipping product until a few months later. Or so he SAID. Months went by. I’d check in and he’d tell me there was an issue with the post office. Really? More months... Read more➤

Fraud, very poor customer service at boarding

I had booked an online trip paid for with my mother's card, but she was with us did not drive. We drove for two with a two-year-old child. A payment card was requested at check-in, which of course was not included. I didn't notice any warnings on the Internet when the card should be presented. The "main cashier" arrived and the very offensive manner "offered" me "options" without helping at all, but providing stress and a very unpleasant first impression of Tallink. The options were as follows: 1. "You pay the full amount (300 dollars) again and thus present the card". Which I said categorically no to and making her understand when it won't go through. Option 2: "You refuse to eat and pay only for the cabin" I don't know from which tree she fell, because I let her know when it's categorically excluded, because we have a small child with us. Then this woman's brain moved and she offered a third option, which was to copy the passport and I certify that the card data is not stolen. Which I agreed to get ready already because there was some time left before boarding. This is Tallink's service... Everything would be fine, but there is a feeling when Tallink trains its employees to squeeze money (double the fee) for a trip to Stockholm, which makes everything start to stink of rotten fish.
