Bought a beautiful bonsai pot from a seller on etsy from Turkey. I live in US. The parcel was claimed to have been delivered at "agreed location, which there never was an agreed location. I called customer service about five times, and they gave me the run around about the courier would call me back when they find out exactly where they left it. They never called me back, so i called again, and they told me it's up to the seller to find out where it went and to get a refund from them. I checked with all of my neighbors and none of they claim they have it. Absolutely terrible company, i don't want to go so far as to call them thieves, but please never go through them and don't trust them. User's recommendation: Do not waste your time or money. Absolutely horrible company.
