Lost luggage on 24th

My family came from Holland to visit, but all my son can do is try to get his luggage. Edelweiss lost it on Monday the 24th, and after MANY phone calls, my son found out they found the luggage, and was sending it to Palmdale. Whoops...he is in Bakersfield. More phone calls, and they said it was on the LAX flight and as soon as they landed, they would call him, then send the luggage to Palmdale. He told them AGAIN, that he was at his father's home in Bakersfield, had been without his clothes and other items since Monday...and what were they going to do. They said they would call him (this was at 4PM when plane landed) and deliver it to our home here in Bakersfield. It is now 10:19 PM and he STILL has no clothes. He has had nothing but lies and run- arounds, but the worse of all of this is, we haven't been able to visit because he has had to MANY calls, to no avail. He leaves tomorrow for the next part of their 3 week trip, and yet he has no idea when he will get his luggage, and we have had a horrific visit watching him on the phone the whole two days off and on. I do not recommend any airline as they are all about money, but EDELWEISS is the worst in not taking care of the customer, even though my son paid the fees necessary to get the plane trip for a family of four.
