Lost email and data loss

I can not speak to anyone about my flight credit. I lost all my computer data and so can not give a booking reference or credit reference. PLEASE can someone get back to me? I have sent several emails and tried to ring many times. I want to rebook a flight to Italy and my original booking was postponed twice due to the pandemic. My flight credit is until March 2022. I am hoping to travel in September or October this year.
