Lost $400–Fed Ex lost package but GoOptic had shipped with no stated value

The shipping for this company was very slow, so I did not know when to expect its FedEx Ground package. It appears to have been mis-delivered about 2 weeks after I ordered, and the package with 4 pairs of frames costing over $400 never turned up. The company was not interested in helping or making good on this loss, and although they filed a claim with FedEx, Fed Ex denied it; when I approached FedEx from my end, FedEx said was no way to recover because the shipper had sent the package without any estimated value--a very poor business practice. So I was out $400 and with no glasses-- recommend staying away from this company.
