Long Distance Serice Blocked

I never got a notice stating my long distance service was being blocked. I called on 2/5/18 and was told about an unpaid balance. The balance was paid and Emma (supervisor) said the block would be removed. As of 2/18/18 the block has not been removed and no one can explained why. I have cancel service after being a customer for over twenty years. I will filed legal action and file a complaint with the FCC and better business bureau. The terrible service from Credo will be posted on social media. Every action Credo has taken is illegal. Giving good customer service should be their first cause before others
