Purchased a dell computer form amazon that came for pconline 365. that was listed as new after 3 months the damn thing started shutting down. when i contacted dell i was told the unit was over 6 years old and had been rebuilt. all the drivers and programs stated shutting down and they wanted to charge me over 200 dollars to repair it. i got no support from amazon or the jerks at pc on line finally the bank that amazon uses credited my account after 6 months . the trash i sitting in my front room in a box but no one wants it back. i purchased a new hp and am very happy with it at pconline. refurbished. p c on line User's recommendation: don't buy anything that comes form pconline 365 from anyone.
