The sales consultant lied from the start. Jose Gonzalez at the Ormond Beach store lied about the dates that the furniture would be delivered. When I contacted him he was rude and ugly about me wanting to know when the furniture will arrive. I requested a refund I was told that I must have it cleared by the regional manager before anything would happen. I was told by customer service that the regional would be contacting me in the near future. That she had no phone contact and worked remotely away from store. User's recommendation: STAY FAR AWAY FROM HUDSON FURNITURE.
