The laptop was for my daughter who is in college. It won't hold a charge and we have taken this laptop back in for service at least 5 times for the same thing. Now why haven't they honored the warranty to give a new one to us by now. I have been a customer for about 9 years. I will never buy another product from PCRICHARDS . They keep telling you to bring it in for service but they only trying to run out the warranty time. People don't buy here. User's recommendation: Don't buy here the equipment don't last and they don't stand behind their warranty.
