Downloaded wrong format

I purchased Microsoft Flight Simulator last night, not knowing it was the Xbox version. I need the digital version to use on my computer.

Have NOT been able to use my Outlook since purchasing!

My Outlook comes up but immediately goes OFF – I can NOT receive any of my messages! All telephone numbers listed on website DO NOT HELP I did not realize that I would have to pay for technical advice – I just paid for a year’s subscription!
